Nope, all clients start with a Growth Starter Pack (GSP)! This helps you onboard properly and build a strong relationship with your VA. It also helps us understand your needs so we can recommend the perfect monthly plan for you!
What if I don’t use all my 30 hours in my Growth Starter Pack?
Don’t stress! Unused hours roll over if you subscribe to a plan before they expire. If you cancel within the first 90 days, you can get a 50% refund on the remaining hours.
How do monthly subscription plans work?
Your plan renews every month on the same day with your chosen hours. Your CSM will help you select the right plan, and you can always add extra hours when life gets busy!
